Looking for a Spring Refresh?

Looking out at the rain pouring down it's impossible to believe that Summer's arrived yet, so here at Vortex we're still talking Spring (possibly in the hope that there will be a 'summer' to follow at some point)! In the women's office blouse world, that means time for a refresh- time for something a little cooler, short sleeved certainly, and brighter.
